lately i can't eat anything but i found a recipe that tastes good and agrees with my stomach:
3/4 c onion
8oz mushrooms cubed
3 cloves garlic
1 green bell pepper
1 small zucchini
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
1/4 c. red wine
3/4 tsp basil
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
1lb shrimp
cut the onion, mushrooms and garlic into cubes, sautee the onion, mushroom and garlic in pan 5-7 minutes. (in olive oil)
chop the bell pepper, and zucchini, and add the rest of the ingredients (minus the shrimp) into the onion mushroom and garlic. simmer over low heat for 1.5hrs. Add the shrimp the last 3 minutes and cook until pink!
if you make this recipe without the shrimp it tastes just as yummy! it's almost like a ratatouille.
i don't ever post recipes but this was scrumpdidliumptious AND i didn't get sick! yay!
