Tidy men. Amazon women. Love. Betrayal. Death.
Dear Henry's journal,
Yes. That's right. You are no longer a humble cookbook, but now my secret manly diary documenting my time here in St.Clair's. Week 1 was rather dull, what with everyone playing sane and nice. But this week the cracks were revealed! And let's just say the closest Bill is going to get having any true friends is in his dreams. But let's start from the beginning...
I formed an alliance with Kali this week. As the sole person in the asylum who may or may not have killed for a living, it seemed prudent to gain his trust and respect early in the game.
I suppose a super spy/soldier/assassin would have to be obsessed with cleanliness. He even recruited (intimidated?) Bill to take out the garbage. Our combined "manly deeds" kept us busy and the women happy. For a while, at least.
It also left our young warden some free time to pursue his lifetime goal of acquiring the strength and skills he needs to "save" his mother.
Though it seems to me he had grown a bit of a crush on Sookie, whom I personally believe is the most dangerous of us all.
She came back one night all proud of herself for being promoted to whatever it is that's better than being a waitress.
And would you believe? Our young warden congratulated her career success by kissing her! The balls! Is he really fit to be the designated "sane" one in our ward?
But at least that confirmed our almost-nightly visitor was, in fact, Sookie's undead boyfriend.
Hell hath no fury like an advantageous woman, as they say. Enika takes it upon herself to slap some sense into her fellow inmate. Some sense being, "Eric is SEXY and Talvi's a virgin! How dare you turn sexy viking vampire into a mopey puppy!"
Gotta give the little guy some points though. "Look at her!" he yelled, "she just got kissed by a teenage boy and bi*ch slapped by a former supermodel, but all she still thinks about is you!"
"You and your... perfect... body." And just like that, Eric gained yet another crazy admirer. These days, it seems everyone goes crazy for vampires.
I don't get women. Is it real hunger that drives them, or some symbolic desire for something not fresh ("undead" if you will) to eat rotten food instead of cook something new?
Talvi to the rescue! Turns out we were out of fresh produce.
Unfortunately, the delivery came a little too late. Funny how I never really noticed Roxanna until her sudden death.
Well, there are bad surprises and then there are not-so-bad surprises. I hope Talvi will divulge what he saw to me later...
Sookie woke up the next morning feeling the full force of the events from the night before. Maybe.
All I know is, I KNEW IT! She's dangerous! She's not some faerie she's an AMAZON! I don't actually know how tensions got so high with everyone, but she went and turned on poor Bill for laughing at her delayed reaction.
Which in turn, lead to Kali laughing at him and congratulating Sookie on her excellent takedown. I think they have an alliance going on. Two capable fighters uniting does not bode well for the rest of us.
I don't think Sookie likes 'pansies' at all. Bill sure is an unlucky bloke.
I saw real evil in her eyes that day. Bill doesn't stand a chance.
Having literally wet his pants after failing to get to the bathroom in time, Bill is left in tears (and his skivvies) while Talvi is pulled from his super-studies to try to deal with Sookie's unfounded rage against Bill.
Suffice to say, Bill is not winning any points with women this week. Enika was on janitor duty during the incident.
Talvi somehow convinced the devil Sookie to apologize to Bill. But the fool rejected it.
Hey, the warden tried to help him. Now she gets hungry for blood at the very sight of him.
The Fool, which I think is what I will call Bill from now on, isn't stupid though. He knows the safest place to be is with the young warden. Kali even caught him reading to Talvi while he slept. Pathetic? Desperate? I'll let you decide.
Pitying the poor Fool, Kali tries to teach him a few fighting moves.
And the Fool goes and picks a fight with the Devil right after. At this rate, his survival into the next week is looking pretty bleak.
