Must be nice to have a significant other. Or just an other...

I was going to reply to everyone's comments last post, but I had a million projects and things to do at once. And then I read an article on sex ed (how abstinence was proven to be superior to contraception and do-nothing classes) in the Corpus Christi newspaper and it just infuriated me so much, I can't even think about it anymore. Graaaah.

Anyways, just finished watching the Winter Olympics opening ceremony, it was very Canadian and amazing and delightful and a little trippy in some areas, haha. But I love the Native American (native Canadian?) culture they included, that was superb.

Thursday was international day, I think my shrimp and chicken spring rolls were much appreciated! We learned about different wedding and courtship customs in different countries, it was hilarious and educational. I ate German potato salad and sauerkraut and Polish hunter stew and saffron rice and tamales and sausage and had rice pudding, too, it was delicious! Pharmacists make very excellent cooks if they put their mind to it. Except for me, I plain suck at cooking.

I finished a presentation, I think it went well, despite me breaking out into a sweat when professor started questioning us. Bombed a kinetics quiz because I fail at math and remembering things. Got to study for next week's test, but I think I will be going to town this weekend to eat decent food and such.

Valentine's Day and Tet twofer this Sunday! I gotta draw something, eep!

angry, life
