still not packed, urgh...
I finished a fic that I am really proud of. It had drama, humor, educational facts, food, cuteness, bonding with nature. Pretty much the best thing I've written, which isn't saying much.
I wish more people liked my art, since that's what I spent a lot of my time and money learning how to do in college, but if a couple of people really liked my writing, if my story-telling could make their day... then I'll take that. Perhaps I can work it up into the comic level.
One day, I'll be a really good artist. Maybe when I'm not in pharmacy school and spending most of my day working or studying or sobbing in a curled-up fetal position. But this won't last forever, I'm looking forward to moving on and doing different things. Maybe one day I'll tell my own story, no more fanfics, and who knows, maybe someone will like that.
I'd probably be 60 years old by then...
