[Background] Pierce was originally a forest dweller in the Wonderful World of the Heart, in which he was basically set up as the clean up crew for those crazy nuts fighting against one another in some kind of mafia war. Dead bodies left on the pavement after one of those gruesome duels, the dormouse was on the job of making sure the victim was truely dead before giving them a proper burial in the rural area of his world. After Alice made her appearance to the world, like all inhabitants of its world, Pierce too, inevitably fell in love with her, but of course, Alice could only choose one and the dormouse was not the one that time. He suffered a bitter rejection, but that's not to say he holds any hard feelings. Perhaps the next round he'll be luckier... Also, through the adventures of Clover no Kuni no Alice, the dormouse ends up adopted by a certain Cheshire Cat and violinist, abandoning his tiny tree home and taking to living it up in the Carnival. What kind of excitements awaits him there? Well, the constant refreshing abusive lifestyle via the cat and his minions (Dum & Dee).
[Personality] Extermely shy, paranoid and hesitant most of the time, Pierce comes off as quite the meek type of man. He's more likely to run from a fight then to raise arms, but if it's something he truely believes in, something he's really passionate about? Then he will do his best to put up a tough front. He will stand his ground, even if his knees are knocking against each other. Despite his shy attitude towards others, Pierce really does have a certain admiration and fondness toward them, particularly ones who act and look like rabbits, but aside from that, he is even willing to put up with the ones who he might consider his worst enemies in the rare chance that they may actually not be so bad afterall. He takes caution first, but given a moment or two to warm up and you may actually have a loyal companion for life with this one. He also has an odd habit of shanking people first then going back to see if they're okay after. It was in self-defense! He swears! Don't creep up on him from behind next time, okay? ;a;
And... the mouse can be particularly affectionate towards others. Exceedingly affectionate if you allow him too, actually. The mouse isn't afraid to kiss and hug if you let him. He longs for such a thing really and coming on too strong was what made Alice turn him down the first time but he will try again! He's just that willing.
[Abilities] BURYING THE DEAD. 8D;; And you know, not getting penalized for it like some people might be for doing stuff like that.
Pierce, like all the members of the Kuni cast, carries the ability to suddenly shape weapons out of a particular object carried in another state on hand. For Pierce, he can either make his morgue shovel into a machine gun/handgun or brandish a knife. He's really more fond of the knife since it doesn't make any loud noises too make his loose his shot, even if it is more effective when it comes to self defense. Pierce is also the only one in the series who carries a size differencing potion. Since his house is a tiny tiny thing, he carries it about with him when exploring the usual Wonderworld, but when it's time for bed, he'll chug some of it down and hide himself away from any sign of predators.
Twas a recipe passed down in the family! So, that also implies Pierce does know how to cook for himself. Fondue, bbq, deserts, he can do it all! Pierce also has a natural ability for giving good advice to others.
[Other important stuff] Uh, he's particularly fond of cheeses and coffee. His coffee tends to include about just as much sugar as it does caffine, if not more. Unlike his other cast members, he's more likely to end up drinking fruity liquor and wine more then say--Rum or Vodka.
Oh, and his heart? It's really a clock. So instead of those usual beats one would hear, his ticks. If Pierce dies, all that will remain is his clock, waiting to be repaired so he can start a new life - Here at Somarium though, if he were to die, he wouldn't have to worry about his clock being repaired or his life becoming someone entirely new.

I'm not lost am I? I didn't want to jump dimensions like the Cheshire Cat. I want to go home. I want to be where Alice is... Sit by the pool, enjoy a slice of cheese..

I wouldn't even mind listening to him playing the violin again, or even letting Boris tease me like he always does.
And... long fluffy ears... I want to seem them again too.
