Everything You Want

Spur of the moment thing. But I think the couple works.

Everything You Want

They lay there, arms around each other, legs tangled beneath the sheets. Her hair made a mismatched halo on his chest, the locks tickling his chest but he made no move to stop it. Her arms were tight around his waist while he held her to his chest, one arm around her waist, the other around her neck, fingers stroking the delicate skin behind her ear.

He knew all her weak points, all the sensitive areas, the little bits that got her moaning, where he could bite or lick or kiss or just blow on and how she’d react. Despite her fiery disposition she was a much tender woman, she wasn’t the cold heartless woman she appeared to be, she wasn’t strong and callous. She was vulnerable and wary, she was delicate and damaged. All she ever wanted was to be loved.

And he loved her. No matter what others may think, no matter how people saw it, he was in love with HER. Not who she could be but who she was, not the better person people wanted her to be, not the person she wanted to be, but the person she was.

She sighed in his arms, her green eyes looking up and meeting red eyes, a soft smile on her face. It was when they were like this that she more like herself. When she let him in with her, let him see the real her.

“Merci cher,” he whispered against her head, kissing her head lightly. She snuggled into his embrace as much as she could, her skin slowly changing. “Y’know I love y’ Rae, don’t y’?” Now yellow eyes looked at him, devotion and affection evident.

“I do. And I love you too Remy.” And he knew it was the truth.

He loved her, for who she was, who she could be, who she wanted to be. And she loved him, who he was, who he had been and who she knew he would become. And screw anyone who thought otherwise.
