Why This Journal Will Never Be Friends-Only
This community is completely open at present moment, and the only way that it will become friends-only or require you to join is if I have a problem with people being jerks. Seeing as I don't expect that to happen, because most people around icon communities are quite relaxed and nice, this community will remain open.
Personally - I hate having to join a community just to be able to download some textures, or view some really beautiful icons. I'm a member of 78 communities right now, and I don't want to be forced to join any more. I think that a lot of people feel the same way as I do. So therefore, I'm making it a point for all these icons to remain free to the public.
Though, I do love comments and I love it when people watch this community. It makes me feel a tad bit special. =P
