For whatever reason...windshield obstruction tickets, (aka pine tree airfreshner thingamagiggy) are MORE expensive than a failure to wear seatbelt. Ahhh, and it appears that a violation of motorcycle handle bar grips being too high is ALSO more expenisve than a seatbelt violation. Good to know where our municipal court system's priorities are.
