Who starts a parade before 8 FREAKIN AM!
Yes, it's inauguration, day in Kentucky, which means....what?
They start a damn parade up.
Normally I'd be alright with this, parades in Frankfort are small and localized, generally allowing me to get to work with no problem either way.
This morning....yeah.... not the case.
Why block off a big ass bridge that essentially has NO connection to the parade route....what's more...why cordone off 3/4s of the entire damn city!!!!
ARGHH....what makes all this worse is that I KNOW the parade is gonna be crappy, Frankfort hasn't had a decent parade for decades. Bicentennial celebration...crappy...Christmas parades...crappy....it's almost become a tradition in Frankfort.
