Wow... the military really *IS* getting more like the corporate world!

I groaned when I read this section of ginmar's latest post from Iraq. It reads like Office Space with a body count...

As I learned a few things living and working with the army, I definitely learned this: If it makes sense, it probably isn't the army.

The Army collectively shudders as they hear their commanders utter "mandatory fun day". I thought we could get away from them out here on deployment, but apparently not.
