(no subject)
We applied for this fabulous new house in Kenmore about a week or so ago... it's a dream house - 4 bedrooms, gorgeous little backyard, spa bath, double car lock up garage with remote access (a lazy person's dream :P), 2 bathrooms (I get the en-suite *score* lol), big kitchen, air con, two storeys.... yeah perfect haha
Had all these thoughts about never actually getting it but *tada* our application was accepted (got told on Friday) so we move in on the 19th January! yay!!
Now don't get me wrong, i'm excited as hell and really looking forward to it... but I'm really gonna miss West End and my lovely apartment there. So many memories in that place, so much stuff we got up to, so many people have partied and stayed there, and it's so bloody close to everything (a LOT closer than Kenmore that's for sure). But I guess it's time Alana grows up and doesn't consistently go out drinking to the valley and such *all* the time.... after all, I'll be in charge of adolescent brats full time this year so I guess I should minimize my adolescent behaviour patterns :P hehe
Christmas was great, New Years was fabulous... hope everyone else's was the same. New Years resolution - to quit smoking... so far so good, it's been a week *grits teeth* lol
