So I'm thinking the real last episode of Yaoh was more along the lines of Ryosuke and Shu realizing their earth-stopping love for each other, and later inviting Karina along for the ride. But of course the network couldn't air that one. And so it only lives in my heart. But that's okay. Because I know. I know.
Still enjoying It's Okay, Daddy's Girl, even if I strongly suspect that this far into it I should definitely have a clearer idea as to most of the characters' motivations, even just as far as their basic personalities, let alone as plot points. Also, color me surprised that this far into it, Chae Ryung hasn't gotten all genki'ed up, super spunky, or even particularly determined to do, well, much of anything... heck, she hasn't even gotten a job. I mean, generally, I do kinda dig that slow development, it does seem more believable, but we're over halfway through the series (if the 16-episode count is to be believed) and I feel like the wheels have only just begun to turn here. Whatever, I'm kind of just in it for the boys, so.
