Good Workout!
Yesterday I had a good workout on the in-line skates. I went from my house to Harbor front and back. It was a strong workout and the timing was good. No snacking in the middle at all either. Great weather too! When I got home, I just fell asleep.
My body kills now but it's a good hurt. I have to look good in my Spawn costume! Hah! That's what I kept thinking about the whole time. ;) Nah, it's really good to stay healthy all the time. Combining the in-line skating with the swimming and workout time is good and it's fun!
It's an awesome day outside again. Perfect for photo shoots! Now if I could only get the Insignia Rose (T.O.) girls to work together with me and come out at the same time. :P I swear that's the only problem with having a big group. It's cool though. Enjoy the weather everyone! :)
