Broken Promise...
Okay, so I didn't post my 4 day weekend report. Sorry. I was too busy playing video games. =P I figure might as well do it here at work, since I've got the time.

The drive to San Diego after work sucked again because of the rain. It took me about 5 hours.
Fri, 18 Feb
I got a few nasty grams from my bank a week prior because they hadn't received a title from the DMV for the RX-8 I purchased back in October. Luckily the bank's name was stated on my registration card. So, they accepted that as good enough proof, and they requested another title from the DMV. Then, I took Rochelle to work at her University, only to discover that she couldn't do anything because there were no open time slots for the equipment she needed to operate. So, we went to lunch. I took her to this chic sushi restaurant called Sushi on the Rock. We've never been there before, and went on the recommendation of friends. It was very stylish, and the food was excellent. Afterwards, we went to our stylist to get my haircut for a wedding I'm going to attend tomorrow. My haircut looks awesome; a lot shorter, but still long enough to play with. After my cut, we went shopping a few blocks away. Rochelle bought me a nice ensemble from Banana Republic, and I bought her some clothes as well. On the way home, we stopped by a vietnamese restaurant and bought some Pho for us and my dad. After dinner, we went to her friend's house for a drinking party, where I got very tipsy off Hypnotiq. ^_^ I gave her the keys and she drove me back to her house where I sobered up before going home.
Sat, 19 Feb
I woke up really really early around 4:30am. I didn't have a hangover from the night before. I tried to go back to bed, but couldn't. I watched a little TV, surfed the internet, then decided to work on Rinoa. About a week ago, I had ordered a new K&N intake system and it arrived in San Diego the day I came home. It modification process wasn't too bad. The hardest part was actually loosening the air filter box. It was held down with rubber grommets instead of bolts, so I had to do some major yanking. It took much less time installing the new system in than taking the old system out. It looks and sounds sweet. Rinoa's gone from purring kitten to roaring lioness. My mom and Rochelle hate it because it's so loud. After finishing up on Rinoa, I got ready for my cousin's wedding. It was very simple. It was a party of 12, and it took place at an office. There was a room, about the size of a bedroom, decorated with an altar and wallpaper with open field scenery. I've never attended a wedding that wasn't performed by a priest. My cousin and his bride were asked to raise their right hands and swear that they were not getting married for illegitimate reasons. Then they signed the marriage license and kissed. It was nice. The wedding reception was at Black Angus. It was pretty cool. We were given one entire corner of the restaurant. After the reception we all went our separate ways. I got invited by Rochelle and her family to watch a free showing of Elektra at a Navy theater. The movie was okay. Jennifer Garner is hot. Not to mention the chick who played Typhoid Mary. Her and Elektra made out. Okay not really, Elektra was recieving a kiss of death. But it was a long, hot, steamy kiss of death. ^_~ After the movie, Rochelle and I went shopping for her Dad's birthday gift, because his birthday is tomorrow. Then, we went to my place, where my relatives were gambling. We joined in, and I lost 20 bucks.

I woke up really late, I think around 12:30. I went to PC Club with Edwin to pick up a DVD burner for my computer. After shopping with Edwin, I took him home, and picked up Rochelle and her sister Nicole and took them to a carnival that was being held at the mall. It was crap. I think we walked around the entire thing in about 5 mins. We played a few games, but didn't win anything. So, we went back to Rochelle's place and celebrated her dad's birthday by eating some cheesecake. After that, Rochelle and I headed over to Edwin's for a World of Warcraft LAN party where we played for about 3 hours.
Mon, 21 Feb
I went shopping with my Mom and Dad to find a wedding gift for another wedding I'm attending in March. The weather was super crappy. Luckily it didn't rain for too long. After we got back home, I started packing up Rinoa for the drive back to Rosamond. After I finished, I said my goodbyes and headed over to Rochelle's so she could see me off as well. The drive to Rosamond wasn't too bad. There was very little rain, and I was able to get there on a full tank.
So there it is folks! I know I should have written this over a 4 day period. But, as you can see, I was very busy.
