close the console complete the shell
a tarnished silver angel fell
encoded in a scripted hell
a destined flaw.
the process takes up too much time
debug the program line by line
hoping somehow you will find
the tragic flaw.
error cannot divide by zero
here's the algorithmic Nero
the invisible workstation hero
has found the flaw.
if he simply deletes the line
he'll have to put in over time
because he's got to redefine...
what caused the flaw?
if he stays up late to fix the bug
he'll have to find a stronger drug
than cancer and a coffee mug
what is the flaw?
to the zombie staring at the screens
the very core of the problem seems
to be the very nature of machines
is reason flawed?
the great tragedy
of inflexibility
is the inability
to see infinity
but when your system's running slow
and resources are running low
in your gut you always know
its user error
