Lovely, and I agree with previous comments that Watanuki seeming to diappear to Doumeki's eyes and Doumeki's reaction to that were perfect.

You know, I don't really have an issue writing Doumeki, oddly enough, but I cant write Watanuki or Yuuko for the life of me. Pretty much all Watanuki does in all my stories is flail, and all Yuuko does is giggle and drink. XP

However, for your apparent problems writing Doumeki-kun, he was very much in character. I loved the way your portrayed that quiet determination he has, and the deadpan stare comments cracked me up. :) Very well done. I liked.

There's a simple explanation for it. All Yuuko does is giggle and drink, and all Watanuki does is flail.

I'm glad you thought so~. His determination is the one thing that always strikes me, especially after the whole eye ordeal. Also, that stare is a lethal weapon, and I refuse to believe it is natural, but since Haruka does it, too, I can only conclude that it's an ancient Doumeki family priest!ninja technique used to fight crime and kick ass.
