Sh*t! I haven't updated in over a month!!! So much has been happening.
Torey came to visit from DC. Saw Chicago. Saw Star Trek. ^_^
Had a pretty memorable moving out party. A pretty colorful array of people from different chapters of my life. Home people, Holy Cross people, Binghamton people, NYC people all interacting nicely. Night ended when the police broke it up at 2. I'm almost proud of that.
Moved back to Long Island. In the last three years, I've moved seven times. You think I'd be used to it. For those who didn't catch the story, my parents are giving me the money for a down payment to buy a place. That would undo at least two years of bad will. ^_^ They don't like the idea of me paying rent and they think now is a great time to buy. The plan is to stay at home, until I can find a place that way I'm not tied to a lease.
4th of July was at the Twin Lawyer's beach. Being at an Italian family gathering, I was very well fed. ^_^
Sat for the Auditing Section of the CPA. A lot of time and preparation went into that, so I hope that I passed so I don't have to worry about it ever again.
Spent the rest of my time trying to see people in the city before I leave, and trying to make up with people on Long Island I've neglected.
I hate these quick fire posts. I want to get all the broad strokes in, but don't feel like I can elaborate in detail. C'est la vie.
