I didn't realize how much I loved living in Arizona until I came back Sunday evening. It was such a long ass trip from NJ. 2,600 miles:( It was pretty crazy, and I drove myself til I almost fell asleep. It was scary at one point with this long story about some scary guy stalking me at the rest area in Arkansas. I've decided I hate all drivers in Arkansas and New Mexico. People in NM never move to the right when you're driving behind them in the fast lane:( They just make you cut them off to get around them. I did the whole trip in 44 hours. YAY! I'm so glad to be home. There is this one part on the 17 when you're coming south into Phoenix where it's all hotels and palm trees and white highways that it feels like you're driving into some beautiful resort city. It made me feel awesome. Especially going from 18 degrees in NJ to 76 in AZ. It was beautiful. It felt like the first day I moved to Tempe June 30th...I felt alive again all over again. I've missed everybody here as well. Went out to Amsterdam with Daniel Monday night. It was weird without Tom being there, but thank goodness Daniel is just as awesome;) He goes up to boys for me, but I didn't want to talk to any that night.
I'm really in need of dating somebody right now. I'm getting all sorts of lonely when I sleep. I'm going to BS West tonight with Chris. Maybe I can find me a boy 2night....that's my mission:) lol. Nah, i can't work like that.
So, yeah, I finally decided to go to the Optometrist to have an eye exam. I used to have 20/20 vision so I've never gone, and I went Monday. I have an astigmitism in my left eye and I'm farsighted. Isn't that just lovely? Now I have glasses and I need to order some contacts. I've never had to deal with this stuff in my life. I keep forgetting to put my glasses on. But, at least I got some kick ass glasses. Well, I love them, but not everybody does! They can all eat me! I also got my navel pierced yesterday. How freakin gay is that...but Robbie talked me into it. And, I'm fat, so now I have to use it as an excuse to go to the gym again.... It's time to go get ready. Later skater!
