using PS CS2.

01. Start out with your base. Crop it, sharpen it and all that jazz.
02. Duplicate your base and set it to Screen, opacity 50-100% (depends on the brightness of your base, choose what looks best to you).
03. Create a new layer, fill it with #b7b6df, and set it to Color Burn, opacity 100%.
04. Create a new layer, fill it with #d8aeee, and set it to Soft Light, opacity 100%.
05. Create a new layer, fill it with #222232, and set it to Exclusion, opacity 100%.
06. Duplicate your base, drag it to the top and set it to Soft Light, opacity 100%.
