using PS CS2

01. Start with your base. I sharpened it once.
02. Duplicate your base and set it to Screen, opacity 50%.
03. Create a new layer filled with #0b0c29, and set it to Exclusion, opacity 100%.
04. Create a new layer filled with #a2d4ff, and set it to Color Burn, opacity 100%.
05. Create a new layer filled with #f7d3f6, and set it to Soft Light, opacity 100%.
06. Duplicate your base, drag it to the top and set it to Soft Light, opacity 100%.

And that’s all.
