RIGHT WELL Ikkaku figures sex with Anko would be fun and also hilarious, just the usual thing, taunting and flirting that ends with Ikkaku walling her and the making out and...alright, alright, sex up against a wall works just fine with legs around his waist and it's hard and fast and dizzyingly good, and if there's a horizonal surface nearby on which to collapse they chill out mostly naked and have their usual sort of camaraderie. Possibly play cards. And then fuck again when someone's pissed off and halfway to losing.

Ikkaku thinks sex with Kio would be just as awesome. There's possibly alcohol involved but no one's quite plastered, and they're kidding around and it degenerates to their usual flirting, all in good fun. It's really a casual thing but also kinda hot anyway, because when he kisses Kio it's sort of like a dare and, yeah, also sort of like a dare he'd probably attack the front of Kio's pants with whipped cream or something and things would just spiral down from there. He tops and it's just messy and fun and funny as hell, inconsequential but something that could happen again.
