OOC: Application
This is only for original characters. Original characters are available for dedicated members/moderators, as long as they are 'normal' humans native to New York. The requirements for original characters are you have to include age, appearance, history, etc., and you need to include/link me to a sample of writing (just a formality, of course. This RP is pretty lax :P). Contact information isn't required (as long as you check your email inbox every day for LJ Private Messages).
