WORK WORK WORK....Thats where I am, wishing I was at home in bed. I was wrong about the weather, my car said it was 64 degrees this morning AMAZING!!! I rolled the windows down and turned off my AC the whole way to work. I absolutely LOVE cool weather!

I am getting myself in gear, I have lost 18lbs since I have started all my workout classes and I dont plan to stop there. I am going to change my diet and start going to the gym on tuesday for some cardio and work on my problem areas. I have a goal to reach by march of next year and I only have 6 months. I know I can do it, and I WILL!!!!! Im going to update my progress on here. I am super excited because I am so sick of the way I look I could vomit! Time for a change. my new schedule is:

Sunday (off)
Monday - 1 hr of cardio (Zumba) - with very little weights afterward
Tuesday - 20 min of cardio (jogging) - with 30 min of work on my legs, butt and abdomen
Wednesday - 1 hour of weight lifting (body pump) and 1 hour of cardio (Zumba)
Thursday - 1 hour of kickboxing
Friday - 20 min of cardio with 30 min of work on my legs, butt and abdomen
Saturday - 1 hour of weight lifting (body pump) and 1 hour of cardio (Zumba)

WHEW! Just typing that made me exhausted!! But I am going to do it!! Im not scared. I think I can reach my goal with this schedule and I am excited!! With the proper diet, I can loose 2 - 2 1/2 lbs per week and with a 27 week program I can lose 54 - 67.5 lbs by march!!!!! just looking at those numbers makes me exited!!! LETS GET IT DONE!!!!!!!
