Zane sat down across from Riley one afternoon at the lunch benches after school, and didn't say a word as his boyfriend continued to concentrate solely on his Algebra homework. Instead, he watched him with a half smile on his face, waiting for Riley to realize he was there.

It wasn't until half way through his next problem that Riley looked up and noticed Zane, and when he did, his entire face brightened. Zane couldn't help that fact that his own smile grew just a little bit bigger.

"Zane! When did you get here?"

"Oh, just a few minutes ago," he said offhandedly, teasing smile on his lips as he leaned forward slightly. Riley copied his movement, hardly aware of himself.

"Sorry, I was really into this pro-"

But Riley didn't get a chance to finish, because Zane reached forward and tugged his chin towards him, and kissed him full on the lips.

When he pulled away, he stood up as well.

"Well, I'm off to the dot. LGBT meeting tonight," he said and started to walk away.

"Wait! Zane! I'll come with you!"

Zane couldn't help but laugh, and his smile widened as he turned around to see Riley hurriedly packing his stuff up.

Anya had said that would work, but he hadn't been so sure. Maybe getting Riley to put himself out there a little more really would be that easy.

Maybe tomorrow, he'd tried to get him to go with him to a gay bar...

"Come on Riley, it'll be fun! It'll get you out there and let you see what else the gay community has to offer," Zane persuaded, bright smile on his face, though his own words stung a little bit.

Riley stared down at the bench he sat at, lunch long forgotten. He looked slightly forlorn.

Zane's brow furrowed. This wasn't working as well as it had yesterday. In fact, Riley looked upset.

"Riley-"

"You want me to find someone else?"

And then Zane realized that what had hurt him to say, had hurt Riley even more.

"No! No, Riley that's not what I meant, I just thought-"

"I know what you thought. Look, I really like you Zane, and I like you more everyday. You've done a lot for me, and I don't want to go to a some gay bar to look at other guys or watch other guys hit on you. Can't we just...go to a movie or something?"

Zane smiled.

Come to think of it, a movie did sound a lot better than watching other guys hit on Riley...

"Okay."

I have a few days off school (study leave, because every other year in school has exams and most of my year are doing resits), so since I have no exams Dad took me skiing for the weekend! In France, hence the extremely odd keyboard with the q and the a swapped round, lol ^_^

... When the quote was in my head I was imagining a secret tryst, but when I typed it out it sounded more like hide and seek. Or like they just got stuck somewhere. Brain, why are you so silly xD)

They weren't sure how it had happened. They'd thought they'd known the school a lot better than they apparently did, and they hadn't even begin to think that this could happen, but it had.

And now, instead of necking in a corner with Draco's legs around his waist, Harry was stuck in a tiny little crevice with Draco and a giant piece of heavy wood in their way where quite possibly no on would find them.

And they'd both left their wands in their robes, which happened to be discarded back where he and Draco had been necking.

"...fuck."

"Trust me, I want to as much as you do, Harry," Draco purred, from beside him.

"This is no time to be joking Draco."

"Oh stop worrying Harry, I'm sure someone will find us soon enough."

"In case you haven't noticed, this school is big enough that they might never find us."

There was a pause.

"HELP, HELP! I'M STUCK WITH STUPID STINKING POTTER AND WE CAN'T GET OUT!"

Harry couldn't help laughing. Draco was so dramatic.
