My first absence in high school:
WELL WORTH IT.
Visited Harvey Mudd College, and absolutely fell in love with it. It's expensive though, so I need to find out precisely how much aid I can get before I finalize any decision.
Everyone there was just as geeky as me, if not moreso. I could speak with any of the students, prefrosh, professors, anyone, and they'd respond accordingly, not like how most people give me the look of, "What are you, crazy?" The food was good, the campus was pretty, the courses were engaging yet rigorous.
Now, I just have to see if I can manage to visit Berkeley this weekend. :]
