healthier life goals:

SLEEP: Bed time, 9.30pm!
Wake up, 5am!

I want to do this because I know that sleeping regularly greatly effects my appetite and my energy levels, and I know that getting into a routine will make it easier for me to form good habits.

EXERCISE: Wall sits, as long as I can every morning and every night.
Bike 1 hour every day.
Walk to town and back every day.

Stairs once a week, to the top, fast as I can!
Hot Yoga with Tia?

VICES: This will be the hardest one.
Smoking.
Drinking.
Coffee.
Treats.
Fast food.

I am pretty bad about all of these. I am NOT planning to stop smoking weed, because if you knew me you would understand that weed sort of saved my life. It's the only thing that helps with my anxiety but doesn't make me a zombie.

Anyway, I don't need to explain myself!

I can cut out drinking and treats without too much trouble, but coffee, smoking and fast food are like constant temptations in my life. I need to find a better alternative.

Tea, healthy food prepared ahead (not as easy as it sounds on no time and high stress), and just quitting are my options.

I can do this! I want to see what it is like to be me at my fittest. I have been inspired by my weight loss achieved just by walking!

Do you guys know any tips or tricks?
