On Saturday afternoon, Rob and I went to meet up with some of his friends at the Oak Bay Marina's cafe. It was good. One of his friends was visiting from Calgary. His friend Chris, the one from Calgary, brought his wife Lonestar, and their 1 year old daughter Violet. She was soooooooo adorable, although had a really bad haircut, thanks to Chris. Chris appologized for not meeting me before, even though he was visiting from Calgary. It was fun. I played with Violet a bit. She was a lot of fun. After that, I went back to Rob's place for a couple hours until he went to hang out with the guys. Chris had the night off from being a dad. They went out to see some movie and then went to one of their houses to play video games and get hammered. Rob got Chris a Lonestar beer from Texas, since that's his wife's name. I was supposed to spend the day with Rob yesterday, but he was still really hung over when I went to visit him at 2:30 PM. Anyway, that's all for now. On Aug. 18, I'm going to Saltspring for Gwyneth's bachelorette party.
