Happy New Ears Everyone!!!!!!!!!

On Friday, I went out with Kayla to Steamers. We thought the band was playing at 8 but it started at 10:30. We played pool until they started. I actually won two games against someone who plays almost every day at school. Of course, it's not surprising since she was on pain killers and drinking at the same time. At about 10:30, the band Blue Monday played. They were actually quite good. Kayla knew one of the band members from her old highschool, Pacific christian, and she talked to him a bit on myspace. That's how she found out about them playing. It was good. After the concert, which only lasted about half an hour, we went salsa dancing a bit. Kayla wanted to go check it out, even though she couldn't really dance on her bad ankle, although she did try. After that, we took Kayla home. Saturday night was New Years Eve as you all know. We went to a Latin Dance party downtown. It was quite fun. The live band wasn't all that great though. They only played 4 songs and didn't even play them that well. It was a good party though. I danced with a cute guy named Joe for a couple songs and then he wanted a break. I ran into him about 10 minutes later and he kissed me. A little later his friend told him to dance with me and at the end of it she took a picture of him kissing me again. On Sunday morning I called Crystal to wish her a happy new year. She's not coming home for her birthday as planned but she's MOVING HOME IN FEBRUARY!!! It'll be awesome having her back again. It was cute. Today I was supposed to go shopping with Kayla but she was asleep almost all day so that didn't happen. I went with my mom a bit though. We're hopefully going shopping tomorrow. Also, school starts on Wednesday. I'm happy, I don't have classes on Monday or Thursday this semester which is nice. I think on those mornings I'll go to the gym a bit (I should try to get in shape a bit, I haven't gone to the gym in months and that was like twice.) I think I'll get a pass to the Mckinnon gym.
