I did it again...
As some of you might know. Currently i am working in Singtel customer care service on a part time basis. Answering calls regarding every small, minute ad irritating things that people can easily go find out on their own instead of waiting on the phone for half and hour to reach us.
Was called by my team leader yesterday. At first i thought i was going to get a tell off for all the MCs and Fake emergancy leaves. But then it was actually about a commendation letter send to the manager by a customer regarding me. Well it was nice of the customer i would say because i have to admit i didnt do much other than being patient and not lose my temper.
I also got another commendation today also. (but on a lesser scale because the letter was not as long as the first).
Then i realised something....
WHY IS IT THAT I ALWAYS EXCEL IN THINGS WHICH I ABSOLUTELY HAVE NO INTEREST IN/HATE DOING?!
Maybe i should go look into something i hate to do.. prolly i will do even better at it then wat i really like..LOL
