He had once come across a group of children playing with tops and ignored them to go to practice; to this day he still thinks those toys are nothing more than pointless distractions, but those meaningless memories are the ones that seem to come up the most.
He was a man that could not understand love, so naturally he was utterly disgusted in that sort of behavior; he claimed that he would rather die than stoop down to such a primitive level.
Richard would occasionally open the windows and let the wind "accidentally" blow away the papers on his desk; now, if he could just do something that easy with the rest of his life...
