you're going to fight one battle all your life.

sure, it might manifest itself in a hundred thousand different forms across the landscape of your lifetime - some raucous, some banging, some thunderous, some hissing, some quiet, some unseen, guerrilla, trench, firing squad. at the root you fight your one fight from day one to day x.

if only you could pull out, find the aerial view, the panoramic, perspective - maybe then you could put it behind you. or maybe its enormity would freeze you.

or maybe you freeze yourself, and that's a part of the problem.
