The Stress Factor
So today was my second day on Stress Factor. This time though was so much more fun. First off we got a lot of really good music in this week, including this really halerious song about beer, that is so hard core it's ausome. Also this really sexy band called cow slayers. Not only that but Fog Horn let me host like half the show. It was sweet, I froze up the first time though cause I was really nervious, I was trying to read off the songs I just played and couldn't even say the names of the bands and I kept letting the sound board spike. The worst part was that when Pat first let me on the CD player skrewed up and just froze and I freaked out cause I had no idea what to do so I just turned the mic on. Here's what it sounded like "...uhhhhhh. Yea, ummmmm, were uh kinda having some uh, issues with the um, um, yea. Soooooo, anyways, how bout them sox?" yea it was pretty bad. I got used to it though (apperently CD player 2 freezes alot and you have hit or reset it to get it working agein). The other intern, Julia had it worse though, the first time she went on live she freaked out cause she forgot what to say and just said"uh yea your listening to WUML" and than relized that the mic wasn't on, so she turns it on and really quickly just stammers out "Your listening to WML" and than puts on the same song she had just played. It was pretty crazy, I love the radio station.
