The Radio station
Well today I started my internship at the radio station on Stress Factor. Stress factor is a cool show, I get to work with nottorious Foghorn (Pat Ellis). Stress factor is a really cool show to, we play al kinds of underground metal, even some stuff on Vinle. Today I spent most of the time sorting CDs and picking ones to play. I also did PSA and learned how to use the mixxer and control board. Interestingly enough, we don't actualy have a music data base at the station, we keep all the music on CDs. As Fog Horn told me though, there are 2 reasons for this. WUML is supposed to be underground radio playing music that isn't main stream. If the station was computerized, there would be alot more main stream music, making us the same as all the other radio stations in the area. Also we don't have enough money.
