Just finished Unmei wa kaku tobira wo tataku....
AAHHHHH
That last bit! With the asshole musicians! And the bad stuff that happened in the Tounoin family! The whole thing hasn't been revealed yet, but I do remember some of it from previous reads and it's just...ugh.
I enjoyed reading about the move. I love how Yuki made food for everyone and served food to the guardian ghost of the house. The hustle and bustle of everyone helping out (the old dudes doing the weeding/gardening!) and all the worrying about Kei and Yuki's relationship being revealed to everyone. And when Kei feels bad that he made Yuki wake up early to provide food for everyone, how Yuki bitches that it wasn't so bad, it was that he only got 2 hours of sleep that night that was the problem. Kei, of course, does not feel bad about it. It was their last night in the room, after all. XD;
I'm not that fond of the ghost storyline. Not sure why. Feels totally extraneous? I guess I got tired of the Tounoin past. I'd rather focus on the two of them now without all this annoying baggage.
Oh, and to backtrack, I'd totally forgotten about that asshole violinist and his asshole jealousy! Wow, what a dick, sending letters to everyone in Fujimi calling Yuki a gay slut (or whatever it was...I've already forgotten the details). Can't handle Yuki placing in the competition and have to make it seem like he'd somehow used sexual favors to place? Erg.
In any case, I am actually not looking forward to cracking the next book but I'd like to push past the bad stuff to bigger and better things so will probably get right on it.
