I love that painting so much; I dearly wish I stumbled across that blog before the auction was over. :P For those interested in such art, Paris Breakfasts (@ parisbreakfasts.blogspot.com) also paints lots of teacups.
It's summer, I felt trapped in the air conditioned office building gazing outside at the blue, blue sky and the blue, blue ocean...So I started poking around for refreshing summer drinks. As I am a tea freak, I was drawn to the ice tea recipes:
From loveSicily:
Ice tea with lemon granita From Our Home to Yours:
Creamy Brazilian Limeade (no, it's not tea but it sounds so *good*)
From about.com:

Summertime Litchi Iced Tea From
everlasting:
I quite like iced tea and my mom has developed the easiest way of preparing it.
She dips (for sometime)and strains Darjeeling tea leaves and allows it to refrigerate. while serving she adds fresh lime juice, caster sugar, fresh mint leaves, ice cubes. and that's it, a big, refreshing glass of iced tea is prepared in a jiffy.
I also couldn't help myself, I had gone to the bookstore for another reason today but in the end I bought
The New Tea Book by Sara Perry. It's so pretty! I hope it's informative and interesting. XD
