The five senses are smell, sight, touch, hear, and taste. Which one would I give up? Umm, tough question.
- HEARING: I couldn't give this up, if my life depended on it. I long to hear everything, good and bad. Without the sense of hearing, I'd be a lost soul.
- TASTING: I love to taste things. I just... couldn't give this up either. Food is wonderful, and to experience new tastes (good and bad) is pretty awesome.
- TOUCHING: I could give this up, but prefer not to. I think intimacy is so important in life and without it, you suffer deeply.
- SMELLING: I think smelling things is almost better than actually viewing it. So, with that being said -
I would give up my sense of sight, for sure. I know, you use this one the most... Probably. But to me, it seems less important than the others. Blindness isn't a bad thing, whatsoever. And with the rising technology for blind people - life wouldn't be bad or complicated at all.
And as a side note, it's raining like heck here. Ha ha. It's only the afternoon, boarding evening... And its thundering and lightning. And pouring buckets of water. I like it. Its so calm and serene. The street is empty and the sound of rain inspires me to write. So, thank you rain!
