Sprained my ankle at the paintball field yesterday...not even doing something interesting. I took a step. Funny the ways we find to hurt ourselves.

Laura got me to try a Baskin Robbins Mango smoothie thing today...quite good. Hobbled around the state park today. Beautiful day.
