Last week at home
It's pretty much been confirmed that I'm moving on Tuesday and likely getting the delivery in NJ the same day. I've been cleaning out my bookcase and desk and closet, finding things to donate and throwing many things away. However, there were a few nice things to find like a couple of pictures from elementary/middle school and a cute dress I wore to my high school graduation that I sort of forgot was around. It still fits me nicely too :) I've had a ton of real photos (read: prints) sitting around carefully arranged in a shoebox, so I made an actual photo album of them. It's more satisfying than Facebook and makes good coffee table entertainment.
Though this move is so much easier than moving in and out of the dorms because it's only my job to tell them what to take and not to pack or move anything, I'm still kind of anxious about it in terms of making sure I have everything I want and not leaving something important here. It's not even difficult to get back home if I forgot something, just a few dollars in gas. I've made a list to try to fix this and to assuage my type A-ness.
