I have a place to live!
I got keys to my apartment in Highland Park today. It's so pretty and now I have a plan of how I'm going to put in the furniture. Pics are here.
Mattress shopping was vaguely successful. I didn't buy anything, but I got an idea of what I like and that Sleepy's is a total rip-off. The salesman tried to convince me that whatever diagnostic that they were using to recommend beds trumps the "lie on it and see how it feels" method. Also, the first two stores that I had directions for in New Brunswick did not exist...at all. I think I know where I will buy from but have yet to decide what mattress.
