Graduation

Graduation went well yesterday, but it was rather crazy. BioE luncheon was fun and I got awards for being student marshal, outstanding thesis, and the Anti-Vegan award (this was a joke related to my waterbottle, which I threw out the other day because of possible BPA). SHC gave me my bling and Mango won the honors college (way to make me look bad, John :-P ). Afterwards, we ran over to the BJC for the College of Engineering ceremony and I got the bioengineering flag and successfully jousted with Liz. There is photo evidence. Afterwards, we practically ran out of State College to our hotel approximately 30 miles away. It was a bit sad; it seems that I did not get a chance to properly say goodbye to State College. I shall miss its many good places to run and the fact that you can walk everywhere.

It feels very strange that there is not set time to go back to State College and that I probably won't ever be there for an extended period of time again. Also, it is strange that once again, my social network is going in 50 different directions. I shall have to start making definite plans to see people so that this set of friends doesn't quite dissolve like my last set.

Now I am Boston, and I am exhausted. Apparently, I look it too.
