I'm an adult!!!
I signed a lease today on the apartment I looked at earlier in the week in Highland Park. Issues about the age of the house were cleared up and about the people situation. It turns out that the woman who said something about moving in is my roommate's girlfriend, so they'll be in one room, I'll be in another, and there will still be the guest room. Lease starts June 1, but I'll probably delay moving in a bit since they want to clean up the room and I'll need time to get my life together (read: car, furniture, dealing with a moving company). But, yay! I have a pretty place to live and a cool landlord.
