Most of my f-list probably doesn't care, but envious_ema reminded me on twitter that today is actually Draco Malfoy's 30th birthday.
I have this pic lying around that I did a while ago... could as well use it, I thought. The birthday is over in half an hour (in my timezone), so it's now or never.

anyway, this is beautiful hon, i like Draco's posture and the far away look in his face!! it's like he's touching the tie and thinking about Harry, and the last time they were together! *sigh*
ok so i kinda totally wanna write a fic with a scene that has this pic:
Harry has been away for a couple of days in auror mission and came back home early to surprise Draco for his birthday.
Draco who's brooding that Potter had the nerve to go away on his birthday, went through his secret collection (he refused to call it a potter shrine, even to himself, cause that's just a tad creepy!! *ya think so draco?*) and got out the tie (which is a momento left behind by harry on their first date! *harry you slut!*)
Harry walks in quietly, and finds the love of his life looking out of the window pensively, holding his old Gryffindor tie.
Sexy times ensues!
Did any of that make sense?! I'm going to go write it all coherently tomorrow!!
*birdie stop being such an enabler!!* actually, don't!! cause otherwise i'll never get over my writer's block *sigh*
