Thanks to everybody who participated in last weeks study and let me objectify you for my selfish needs!
The analysis is done, the statistics have been made, the paper was written and sent in 2 days ago. If you are curious:
Most important was a good personal interaction with the GP, followed by short waiting times and timely appointments. I also did a subgroup analysis and those 31 years old and younger valued the reputation of the GP as important, while those over the age of 31 didn't, however they valued the gender of the GP as a criteria for their choice.
