What I did yesterday....

The most I did was go to an international expo at the UC and try to find the books I needed for a paper. The international expo was really cool (some) and had tables for countries from France, England, the Netherlands, China, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Korea, and more. The Vietnam one wasn't so great because it was just a table with a computer...not so fun. The Scotland table was interesting with all the postcards and such. Seeing the Edinburgh castle was pretty cool. (Only about a year and half before I see it in person!!!!) I did like the Australia table because there were stories of how the tourists can go to the animal parks and feed the animals there: such as kangaroos and more. They were really cute!! The Korean table was okay I guess...not too great, not too bad. Nothing much to say. There were tables that were really pretty to look at but had not so great people manning them. I liked the Ecuadorian table considering the fact that the person behind was really friendly and informative though he didn't have a lot of stuff to display. At the Nigerian table, I was able to wear a traditional style hat...it was fun. After the international expo, we went over to Barnes. That's where my friend and I are going to live next year. It's gonna be a blast considering it's supposed to be haunted! We tried to get the haunted room but apparently, the entire hall's haunted cause she can't find the room where she committed suicide. Fun, fun, fun! After that, we went to the library so I could pick up the books for my ENG class but someone took them all. It's a conspiracy to prevent me from writing my paper!!!! Gah!!! Since finals is so close (about 3 weeks away) I'm gonna be very busy and very stressed out which equals really nasty me. Some surprising news I found was that a friend of mine is getting married. That's a shock cause she's about twenty/twenty-one and getting married so soon doesn't really seem like a good idea to me but if that's what she wants....then I hope her marriage is full of happiness for the rest of her life. I guess that's it....ta for now!!
