I just got a call from a coworker. Apparently, a third coworker has been mentally on vacation for a while now. And today, he decided to take a ten minute break, lock up the store,, and get lunch. Which is perfectly acceptable. Except
he locked a customer in the store.
The customer was a regular in all our locations, and used the phone to call another store and ask what to do. He felt uneasy staying in the store by himself, but he didn't want to leave because, as he has no keys, he would have to leave the store unlocked.
So he waited twenty minutes in the store, until the employee returned.
Did I mention this is a customer with a stuttering problem, and panic attacks?
