First, it is so sad about the Georgian athlete. So absolutely tragic. I am glad they had a minute of silence for him

I agree. I wasn't suggesting they shouldn't have gotten time to do their thing. I loved that part. I just think that once the athletes started walking in they should have had other Canadian's up there welcoming them to the games as well. It isn't JUST their land the games are being played on. Know what I mean jellybean? lol

I don't think they can post the performance online because of copyright infringement. The poem is wonderful, isn't it?
