BACKGROUND: Pansy was born in England to a relatively wealthy family of mutants and attended Hogwarts when she was of age. While at Hogwarts, she remained one of the more popular girls in her grade, also being one of the more feared bullies. She would often pick on those she saw as beneath her and had a following of her peers that would do as she asked, out of respect or fear. She was an alright student, earning high enough marks to put her in the Prefect position for several years.
At school, Pansy only socialized with the elite, and this did not change with her home life, either. Her parents always made sure that she didn’t socialize with anyone of a lower social standing than herself. Instead of graduating from Hogwarts, like she was supposed to do after the next term, Pansy decided a vacation was in order. Her family had monetarily supported the Brotherhood in years past, but now Pansy decided, it was an even better idea to join them in their efforts.
PERSONALITY: Pansy is your typical mean girl. She has a very high perception of herself and anyone who doesn’t meet her pre-set qualifications of “worthwhile” will find themselves on the receiving end of her belittling. She often uses snide remarks as a way to make herself feel better. If she has a particularly snide remark, she makes sure everyone around hears it.
If she happens to be friends with someone, it is almost always for personal gain. She knows how to get what she wants from someone and isn’t afraid of using them to achieve her means. Until she gets what she wants, however, she’ll keep up appearances and appear to be a loyal friend. Unless the person has really found a way to get her to like them, she’ll toss them aside when she no longer needs them.
She’ll devote her entire attention to a potential love interest, fawning over them and preening to the point of being almost obnoxious. She likes to feel needed and wanted and sometimes goes to extraordinary lengths to achieve this. She also has a flair for the dramatics and will overreact to the slightest thing.
When she’s not making someone’s life hell or making sure her latest interest has her in his eye, she maintains a serious demeanor, a result from her high upbringing. She keeps a haughty disposition and when addressed by those she considers equals, she’ll let open up a little more. She can keep up with witty conversation and has the ability to laugh; she just doesn’t usually do so.
APPEARANCE: Pansy is about 5’5’’ with a slender, curvy frame. She dresses in nothing but expensive clothing and likes to flaunt her family’s wealth in any way possible. She has a fuller face, a button-nose, wide brown eyes and a sour expression at almost all times. Her hair is long and dark brown, typically straight when not styled. When she styles her hair, she curls it and pulls it back a little so it’s out of her face.
She wouldn’t be caught dead without makeup on.
POWERS: Sonic screams and vocal manipulation. Pansy has the ability to scream at a glass shattering level, causing pain and potentially knocking out anyone that hears it without ear protection. She can enchant others through her singing voice, if only she actually liked singing.
ANYTHING ELSE?: Pansy does not exactly follow the same timeline as the other Harry Potter characters. Nothing’s different except for that she’s been aged up in order to be more useful to the Brother Hood.
