SUMMARY: Hatred turned to love, silence turned to seeking and lies become truth. Kota just hit the rock bottom making him realize that memories should not remained unlock. He seek for truth, he yearned for what really happened and why things are going this and that. But what if he is going further to what is already near to him? Is everything gone too late to change? Everyone is given curiosity and so will you open the box as well?

Chapter 20
"Confusion"
Daiki woke up from the sound of his ringing phone. His head was suffering from an excruciating pain due to hang over from the drinking last night. Eyes half opened, he looked at the screen of his phone and saw that it was Kei who was calling him that early morning and he was asking for what happened last night and how he was feeling right now. He doesn't feel good at all and he always regret drinking when he felt hangover the next day. His body was so heavy like he was lifting a whole elephant and he really didn't want to depart from his bed the whole day. While explaining things to Kei, he suddenly remembered how he get back home? He can't recall what happened and why he was on his bed already and of course how did Kei knew about him going on a drink.
"Yuto called me through your phone and they said that you deleted Hikaru's contact number and so they called me and asked to contact Hikaru to take you back home since no one knows where you are living." Kei answered his question.
Daiki was surprised when he heard Hikaru's name and also the fact that he brought him home since he can't remember anything like that. He tried to squeezed his thoughts but he really can't remember anything. He started panic remembering that he is a type of person, who when drunk, tells thing he is not suppose to tell anyone. "I can't remember, I can't remember anything." he groaned as he face palm. He became quiet for a moment and then when he calmed down he started to talk again. He remembered about Hikaru and Miyuki's case that leads to him being jealous and misunderstanding between the two to them and also Kei and Kota's circumstances that happened in the hot spring. "Kei… I regret it." he muttered. "I regret bringing everyone in that onsen."
"Why did you say so?"
"Isn't it obvious? Because we go to that place, I became a person I should not and also… you will not witness that betrayal Kota did to you." Daiki replied.
"It was not betrayal." Kei defended instantly. "Everyone was worried but I am not really affected by it. I guess Yabu's decision to come with Yuto is the right thing to do thinking how dangerous the place at night. I am with people who were kind and accommodating and so I knew I am safe but for Yuto… we didn't know what might happened to him and so being with Yabu is the right thing to do." he explained.
"It's scary how nice you are. I can't imagine how much you can do for someone you care, can you sacrifice your life for the benefit of others?" Daiki asked exaggeratedly. "I can understand your point. Those two are childhood friends who turned out to be lovers before and so they have a connections to each other greater than anyone else but...you should be selfish sometimes, if you're not, everything that you owned will be taken away from you. Kota is your boyfriend now, he is your property and so you have the right to stop him if you didn't like what he is doing already. Even you pretend you are not affected… I know you are."
Daiki didn't hear a reply from Kei but he knew that he was still there and thinking. "Don't worry about me." Kei muttered. "Rather than myself, you should worry about yourself and your relationship with Hikaru." he continued. They talk a little more until Kei decided to end the call since he still need to go to school.

Krono assigned Ryosuke to disseminate the information for the Masquerade Party that he just talk about in a meeting a while ago. It was a very early Christmas celebration of the senior students together with the sister school students and also it was a thanksgiving celebration for both school. The president of the student's council given him posters to put in the bulletin board and also some flyers to give to the students. Alen should help him, but Krono give him some work to do so he need to do it alone for that day. While lifting everything, someone snatched half of it in his hands. He look who did it and he was surprised to see Yuya who was smiling cutely on him. "I'll help you." Yuya told him.
"You don't need to. I can do it on my own." Ryosuke answered back.
"What is this? A masquerade Christmas party?" Yuya asked, ignoring what Ryosuke just told him. "What is this all about?"
"It was a thanksgiving and also early Christmas party sponsored by our school and its sisters school but only seniors can go." Ryosuke explained. "Krono just told the member of the council about this in the morning meeting and so we just only knew about it and now I am assigned to give this to the students to know about this."
"So that explains all this papers that you have. But to do this on your own… if Krono is already abusing you then just tell me. I'll make sure I'll give him a talk."
"It's not like that. Alen is part of this but he just need to do some errands and so I'm doing it alone but ones he came back he will help me." Ryosuke explained. "Now that you knew about that, please don't disturb me anymore since I will be busy from now on. There are lots of things to do because of this and so…"
"You don't need to avoid me." Yuya said, cutting Ryosuke to what he is about to say. "I mean, I knew why you are doing this but there's no need to do it. I'm serious with what I told you that day. I think I like you now and I am really serious when I said that I will make you love me but then how will I do that when you keep on avoiding me."
Ryosuke felt guilty deep inside. It was true that he was avoiding Yuya because he wanted to run away from him and push away the issue about making him say that he likes him again. He thinks that it was absurd since his feelings for him never really vanish despite saying that he will try to forget about his love. He was in love for him as long as he can remember and it will not just be forgotten overnight. Even he was happy that Yuya can finally noticed him, the circumstances are now different. He was not an ordinary man anymore who he can be with anytime he want. Yuya was now a famous model who everyone admires and upon hearing the conversation of those girls in the onsen just gives more depths about his thoughts. They were not wrong, Yuya's image will be totally affected if all the fans that he have knew that he was a homo and he didn't like that. He can see Yuya's passion doing modeling and he can't just ruined it because of his existence and so in order to make things right, the only way he can think is to run away and avoid him.
"You don't need to force yourself." Ryosuke started. "You don't need to force yourself loving someone like me. I mean, just because you knew that I was that boy who help you before, does not mean that you should feel granting what I wanted to happen. Also, when I said I will forget about you, i…I'm going to stick to it. I want to concentrate on school and fulfill my dreams and… and… you are not included in my future plans anymore." he said directly to him though it was really hard for it to pull it from his mouth.
"Don't say that." Yuya commanded. "Don't say that with your voice trembling. I knew you were lying. Ryo, you are not good at it."
"I…I am not lying!" the smaller boy shouted back. "It's the truth so please… leave me alone." he turned his back and then go the other direction leaving Yuya alone in the corridor. He saw Yuya's expression and he didn't like it. it was longing and loving and it just gives him guilty feeling for shoving him away.
Yuya on the other hand just stand there and watch Ryosuke's back as he walk away from him. He can't understand what was wrong with Ryosuke. He thought that everything will just flow smoothly because of the fact that Ryosuke likes him before and he knew that feelings built long time ago will not be forgotten overnight. He admit that he overestimated things and he thought that everything will go his way but now, because of Ryosuke's reactions it will be a hard road for him again.
Still looking at the direction where Ryosuke went, someone bump him from his back and when he looked as his side he saw Torio with his hand on his pocket and chewing a bubble gum on his mouth. He was surprised to see him but he never showed it to him. "I didn't know you are back."
"I just came back today." he answered him. "Did you miss me? Or should I asked Ryo that question?"
"Torio, if you did something to him again." Yuya said. "I will not hesitate to kill you." he threatened.
Torio whistled and he smirked. "Scary." he commented and after a few seconds he just walk away from him.

Kota and Kei were walking in the street gong to the park when Kei suddenly opened about the topic of the party that Ryosuke told him. He think that it was exciting since they will celebrate it together with the girls of the sister school and he knew that everyone like it since there will be ladies around. His classmate always complained about going to school who don't have girls wearing skirts and laughing cutely all around. They think that it was boring to see just boys in every corner but as Kei heard that he just laugh over it besides if they will just going to complain then why did they choose that school to enroll to. "I wonder what should I wear." Kei muttered.
"If you asked me I want to see you in girls clothes again. If it is a masquerade party then I want to see you wearing a Victorian dress or maybe that one you wear in the play." Kota suggested but there is a joked included in his sentence.
"I told you I am not really into wearing that kind of thing. I was just force that time since they all agreed I look great on it." Kei replied back. "I don't actually think I look great on it though… it feels so weird."
"I think it was cute." Kota commented as they both reminisced the first time they met each other.
The two chuckled and then silence for a moment. They were both happy that what happened in the onsen didn't really affect the relationship that they have. After hearing the words of his friends, Kota thought that Kei will act coldly on him but he was acting normal like always and he likes it better. If Kei will become cheeky about what he did and complained over the fact that he choose Yuto over him, he will felt bad. He knew that Kei was smart enough to analyze what he just did and that is something he likes for Kei since he didn't think of something ill about what he was doing and he just believes on whatever he do.
"Yabu, did you noticed Hikaru? He was so silent the whole day. Actually he never talk to me this whole day. I wonder what's wrong with him." Kei asked.
"Maybe something happened last night between him and Daiki." Kota replied back. "Didn't you said that Hikaru picked him in Naaru because he was totally drunk. Think of everything that is possible to happen and it might be it."
"I called Dai-chan this morning and he said that he can't remember what happened last night. He also can't remember that it was Hikaru who bring him back home. If Hikaru was like that and Dai-chan can't remember anything, there is no doubt something really happened to those two. I hope it will be fixed soon, whatever that conflict is."
"You really care for your friends, aren't you?"
"Of course I am… it's just like how you care about Yuto as well." Kei answered him back. Kota was not expecting that Kei will open that topic.
"I'm sorry about leaving you that night." Kota apologized all of a sudden.
"You apologized to me so many times already about that and I told you it's fine. I can understand your reasons and it is my fault that I didn't brought my phone back there. You don't need to worry about it." Kei tap his head and ruffled his hair. "Everything is alright."
"Do you really trust me that much? I mean you just let go of things without arguing at all. Are you not worried that I… I will be back to Yuto?" Kota asked curiously. He somewhat wanted to know how will Kei will answer that kind of question.
"Are you planning to do that?" Kei answered him with a question again.
"No."
"Then there's no need to be jealous right. I will always trust you and believe you till the end."
When Kota heard that he was unsatisfied. It seems like Kei's answer was half truth and half lied. He always knew Kei's weird way of thinking but there are times that he really don't get him anymore but that mystery side of him is also his charm. Kota was about to answer back when he heard his phone ring and so he immediately answer the call without looking who it was. "Hello?"
"Kou… help me."
Kota's body felt electrified upon hearing Yuto's voice on the other line and asking for help. "Wh…where you are? What happened? Are you okay?" he asked simultaneously.
"I… I don't have anyone to call to and so… I'm sorry."
"Just tell me where you are right now." he shouted back to him.
"I'm in an alley between Sume Ramen shop and Jeina." Yuto answered softly. "I… I'm sorr…"
"I… I'm going… wait for me there and don't go anywhere." Kota cut his words and he immediately ended the call. He looked at Kei furiously and told him that it was Yuto who called and he wanted his help on something. He sounded like he was crying and in pain and so he wanted to go and help him. "Kei, i…I'm going to Yuto. He needs me. Are you alright going to the park on your own?"
"O…of course." Kei answered briefly. He can't say a thing anymore since he thought it was useless coz Kota was ready to go. "Be careful." he said but he was not sure if Kota heard that since he already run away.

Daiki was bothered by the fact that Hikaru picked him up that night and also the more he was troubled when he can't remember what happened between the two of them. For some odd reason he was feeling different like he wanted to clear his mind about the unsettling feeling that he was suffering. To make things clearer and to stop his troubled mind he went to Hikaru's school and waited for him to go out. He saw him walking all alone and lifeless, something that was totally different from a sunny guy like him. Is he sick? Is he kick out of the class? He wonder what he was thinking and that cause him hesitance to approached. He gathered all his strength to start a conversation on him, he followed him and finally called his name. "Hikaru, can we talk?"
Hikaru was startled when he heard that familiar voice. He turned back and saw Daiki in his uniform and staring at him. "Yo…you surprised me." Hikaru responded trying to act normally in front of him. Just seeing his face made him remember everything that happened the other night and he start to panic. "If you are here to thank for me last night then it's fine. I…I don't need it. Y…yeah… it's fine… no talking needed."
"Well that is one of my reason but I still have something I wanted to talk to." Daiki replied and he sounds so serious and so Hikaru can't utter a joke to break the agony that he was feeling. In the end Hikaru decided to talk to him and so both of them went to the park. "To be honest, the reason I am here is to make things clear." he started to talk. "I can't remember what happened last night. Actually I can't remember that it was you who brought me back home and I just knew it since Kei, my parents and even Roa and Yuto told me the truth."
"Yeah it's true. I received a call from Kei that I need to pick you up in Naaru since no one knows where you are living and you are totally drunk." Hikaru answered. "I don't get it why you are not telling anyone the address you are living, it will be better if you did."
"By any chance… did i… did I say something?" Daiki asked ignoring what just Hikaru told him.
"By something… what do you mean?" Hikaru asked but Daiki glared at him and so he realized that it was not time for jokes and playing around. "W…well… You said a lot." Hikaru replied back instantly. "You told me about Miyuki's real color, that she was flirting. Bu…but I said I knew that she was that type of girl and so…"
"Yo..you knew but you still let her be close to you?"
"Y…yeah… th…that's because I thought you like her… bu…but you denied it, saying that the reasons for your weird actions in that onsen was because you…you are jealous bu…but not because of Miyuki but it was because…" Hikaru tried to explain but he didn't know how to go further than that.
"Continue."
"Y…you said that you LOVE me." Hikaru finally said. Daiki's eyes open wide and his jaw is about to drop down as he heard what just Hikaru told him. Did he really said that to him? Did he really confess his feelings for him? Hikaru bite on his lower lips while he breathe deeply "It's a lie right? Daiki… it's a lie right? You are just too drunk that time so it just come out of your mouth all a sudden but it doesn't mean anything right? I mean… I always thought… w…we are just friends." Hikaru continued to say.
Daiki was unable to respond. The secret the he holds so dearly leaked out just because he is too drunk. He wanted to run away from embarrassment but then he realized that even he run away nothing will change and since it was already leaked out he should stand straight to defend his words even he already knew what will be the outcome. Even he planned to bring that secret into his grave it seems like it will not happen anymore. "I…it's true. I… I am in love with you."
Hikaru hold on Daiki's shoulder and shake him "No, Dai-chan it's a lie… you must deny it right… there's no way…" he paused for a moment since he saw Daiki's eyes are that are serious and sincere. It shut him up, realizing that those words are not lie but undeniably truth. "Si…since...when?"
"Since you started talking to me…when we were in elementary." Daiki answered.
Hikaru let go of Daiki's shoulder and then he stand up from where they are sitting down. "I… I'm going back home." he said lifelessly. Daiki just also become silent and he didn't make a move to his seat. He knew this will happen if Hikaru knew about his feelings. He will be puzzled but in the end they will just only be friends. He already knew about it but despite that he still can feel pain deep inside.

Upon hearing Yuto's voice, Kota already knew that he was not in good condition. His voice sounded croaked and also he was puffing and it seems like he was in pained. There is something bad happened to him and that cause Kota to rushed to that place where he told him he was staying. In just 5 minutes he finally arrived and he saw Yuto sitting near the bin and looked like he was beaten. "Yuto, are you alright? Who did this to you?" he asked to him worriedly. He helped him sit down properly and check his condition. "Are you robbed?"
"N..no…it was not like that." Yuto told him.
"Then what it is? Who did this to you?" Kota asked furiously. "Tell me."
"It's not important who did this to me. Ju…just help me go back to my apartment." Yuto replied back. Kota sighed and he just did what Yuto asked him to do. He helped him stand up and go back to his apartment that was just near the area. He can't walk properly because he twisted his right foot and so he need someone to help him to move. Upon reaching his apartment, Kota let him sit down on the chair. "You can go now." Yuto told him.
"Huh?"
"I'm sorry for disturbing you but I only asked you to bring me here. I can't contact anyone else and so…" Yuto continued.
"I will not go." Kota told him. "After you let me see you like that, you will asked me to go? There's no way I will do that. Let me help you tend your wounds. You are living alone right? You can't move around in your condition so it will be better if you have someone who can do things for your sake. I am free anyway so I'll stay for the mean time." he continued. "Where is your first aid kit? I'll get it."
"Kou, j…just go… please."
"What's wrong with you?" Kota asked instantly. "Are you feeling awkward that I am here all alone with you? Don't think of unnecessary thing… i… I already give up on you and also both of us have our own relationship already. I am here as a friend, a close friend."
"Don't jump into conclusions." Yuto replied. "I don't feel awkward at all… besides like I told you I don't have feelings for you anymore what I am worried about is the fact that you still care for me like you do before even there is no feeling involve anymore. I know you are a kind person Kou and the times that we are together should not be neglected but it's not right to show kindness in me in front of your own boyfriend."
"Did Daiki tell you something?" Kota asked him again. "Are they bragging you about…"
"They have their point. You should just leave me alone that time and just stayed with Kei."
"It's already over so let us not talk about this." Kota ordered him.
"How about Kei? How did he react to it?"
"He understands what I did."
"Really?" Yuto whispered. Kota finally found the first aid kit and started treating Yuto's wounds. He remained in silent while Kota was checking his wounds. He was still not talking about what happened to him and what is the purpose behind. When he was done, Yuto stand up and went to the kitchen area where he prepared something for the two of them to drink. "I'm sorry about causing you trouble. This will not be repeated again."
"If something happened to you then just call me again, I'll definitely come and rescue you."
"Don't say that like you don't have a boyfriend waiting for you."
"But if Kei said I must not go then I will not." Kota replied. "Did you get that?"
Yuto smiled "You found someone you really care now."
"Yeah. I did."

"Torio, if you did something to him again." Yuya said. "I will not hesitate to kill you." he threatened.
Torio whistled and he smirked. "Scary." he commented and after a few seconds he just walk away from him.

Kota and Kei were walking in the street gong to the park when Kei suddenly opened about the topic of the party that Ryosuke told him. He think that it was exciting since they will celebrate it together with the girls of the sister school and he knew that everyone like it since there will be ladies around. His classmate always complained about going to school who don't have girls wearing skirts and laughing cutely all around. They think that it was boring to see just boys in every corner but as Kei heard that he just laugh over it besides if they will just going to complain then why did they choose that school to enroll to. "I wonder what should I wear." Kei muttered.
"If you asked me I want to see you in girls clothes again. If it is a masquerade party then I want to see you wearing a Victorian dress or maybe that one you wear in the play." Kota suggested but there is a joked included in his sentence.
"I told you I am not really into wearing that kind of thing. I was just force that time since they all agreed I look great on it." Kei replied back. "I don't actually think I look great on it though… it feels so weird."
"I think it was cute." Kota commented as they both reminisced the first time they met each other.
The two chuckled and then silence for a moment. They were both happy that what happened in the onsen didn't really affect the relationship that they have. After hearing the words of his friends, Kota thought that Kei will act coldly on him but he was acting normal like always and he likes it better. If Kei will become cheeky about what he did and complained over the fact that he choose Yuto over him, he will felt bad. He knew that Kei was smart enough to analyze what he just did and that is something he likes for Kei since he didn't think of something ill about what he was doing and he just believes on whatever he do.
"Yabu, did you noticed Hikaru? He was so silent the whole day. Actually he never talk to me this whole day. I wonder what's wrong with him." Kei asked.
"Maybe something happened last night between him and Daiki." Kota replied back. "Didn't you said that Hikaru picked him in Naaru because he was totally drunk. Think of everything that is possible to happen and it might be it."
"I called Dai-chan this morning and he said that he can't remember what happened last night. He also can't remember that it was Hikaru who bring him back home. If Hikaru was like that and Dai-chan can't remember anything, there is no doubt something really happened to those two. I hope it will be fixed soon, whatever that conflict is."
"You really care for your friends, aren't you?"
"Of course I am… it's just like how you care about Yuto as well." Kei answered him back. Kota was not expecting that Kei will open that topic.
"I'm sorry about leaving you that night." Kota apologized all of a sudden.
"You apologized to me so many times already about that and I told you it's fine. I can understand your reasons and it is my fault that I didn't brought my phone back there. You don't need to worry about it." Kei tap his head and ruffled his hair. "Everything is alright."
"Do you really trust me that much? I mean you just let go of things without arguing at all. Are you not worried that I… I will be back to Yuto?" Kota asked curiously. He somewhat wanted to know how will Kei will answer that kind of question.
"Are you planning to do that?" Kei answered him with a question again.
"No."
"Then there's no need to be jealous right. I will always trust you and believe you till the end."
When Kota heard that he was unsatisfied. It seems like Kei's answer was half truth and half lied. He always knew Kei's weird way of thinking but there are times that he really don't get him anymore but that mystery side of him is also his charm. Kota was about to answer back when he heard his phone ring and so he immediately answer the call without looking who it was. "Hello?"
"Kou… help me."
Kota's body felt electrified upon hearing Yuto's voice on the other line and asking for help. "Wh…where you are? What happened? Are you okay?" he asked simultaneously.
"I… I don't have anyone to call to and so… I'm sorry."
"Just tell me where you are right now." he shouted back to him.
"I'm in an alley between Sume Ramen shop and Jeina." Yuto answered softly. "I… I'm sorr…"
"I… I'm going… wait for me there and don't go anywhere." Kota cut his words and he immediately ended the call. He looked at Kei furiously and told him that it was Yuto who called and he wanted his help on something. He sounded like he was crying and in pain and so he wanted to go and help him. "Kei, i…I'm going to Yuto. He needs me. Are you alright going to the park on your own?"
"O…of course." Kei answered briefly. He can't say a thing anymore since he thought it was useless coz Kota was ready to go. "Be careful." he said but he was not sure if Kota heard that since he already run away.

Daiki was bothered by the fact that Hikaru picked him up that night and also the more he was troubled when he can't remember what happened between the two of them. For some odd reason he was feeling different like he wanted to clear his mind about the unsettling feeling that he was suffering. To make things clearer and to stop his troubled mind he went to Hikaru's school and waited for him to go out. He saw him walking all alone and lifeless, something that was totally different from a sunny guy like him. Is he sick? Is he kick out of the class? He wonder what he was thinking and that cause him hesitance to approached. He gathered all his strength to start a conversation on him, he followed him and finally called his name. "Hikaru, can we talk?"
Hikaru was startled when he heard that familiar voice. He turned back and saw Daiki in his uniform and staring at him. "Yo…you surprised me." Hikaru responded trying to act normally in front of him. Just seeing his face made him remember everything that happened the other night and he start to panic. "If you are here to thank for me last night then it's fine. I…I don't need it. Y…yeah… it's fine… no talking needed."
"Well that is one of my reason but I still have something I wanted to talk to." Daiki replied and he sounds so serious and so Hikaru can't utter a joke to break the agony that he was feeling. In the end Hikaru decided to talk to him and so both of them went to the park. "To be honest, the reason I am here is to make things clear." he started to talk. "I can't remember what happened last night. Actually I can't remember that it was you who brought me back home and I just knew it since Kei, my parents and even Roa and Yuto told me the truth."
"Yeah it's true. I received a call from Kei that I need to pick you up in Naaru since no one knows where you are living and you are totally drunk." Hikaru answered. "I don't get it why you are not telling anyone the address you are living, it will be better if you did."
"By any chance… did i… did I say something?" Daiki asked ignoring what just Hikaru told him.
"By something… what do you mean?" Hikaru asked but Daiki glared at him and so he realized that it was not time for jokes and playing around. "W…well… You said a lot." Hikaru replied back instantly. "You told me about Miyuki's real color, that she was flirting. Bu…but I said I knew that she was that type of girl and so…"
"Yo..you knew but you still let her be close to you?"
"Y…yeah… th…that's because I thought you like her… bu…but you denied it, saying that the reasons for your weird actions in that onsen was because you…you are jealous bu…but not because of Miyuki but it was because…" Hikaru tried to explain but he didn't know how to go further than that.
"Continue."
"Y…you said that you LOVE me." Hikaru finally said. Daiki's eyes open wide and his jaw is about to drop down as he heard what just Hikaru told him. Did he really said that to him? Did he really confess his feelings for him? Hikaru bite on his lower lips while he breathe deeply "It's a lie right? Daiki… it's a lie right? You are just too drunk that time so it just come out of your mouth all a sudden but it doesn't mean anything right? I mean… I always thought… w…we are just friends." Hikaru continued to say.
Daiki was unable to respond. The secret the he holds so dearly leaked out just because he is too drunk. He wanted to run away from embarrassment but then he realized that even he run away nothing will change and since it was already leaked out he should stand straight to defend his words even he already knew what will be the outcome. Even he planned to bring that secret into his grave it seems like it will not happen anymore. "I…it's true. I… I am in love with you."
Hikaru hold on Daiki's shoulder and shake him "No, Dai-chan it's a lie… you must deny it right… there's no way…" he paused for a moment since he saw Daiki's eyes are that are serious and sincere. It shut him up, realizing that those words are not lie but undeniably truth. "Si…since...when?"
"Since you started talking to me…when we were in elementary." Daiki answered.
Hikaru let go of Daiki's shoulder and then he stand up from where they are sitting down. "I… I'm going back home." he said lifelessly. Daiki just also become silent and he didn't make a move to his seat. He knew this will happen if Hikaru knew about his feelings. He will be puzzled but in the end they will just only be friends. He already knew about it but despite that he still can feel pain deep inside.

Upon hearing Yuto's voice, Kota already knew that he was not in good condition. His voice sounded croaked and also he was puffing and it seems like he was in pained. There is something bad happened to him and that cause Kota to rushed to that place where he told him he was staying. In just 5 minutes he finally arrived and he saw Yuto sitting near the bin and looked like he was beaten. "Yuto, are you alright? Who did this to you?" he asked to him worriedly. He helped him sit down properly and check his condition. "Are you robbed?"
"N..no…it was not like that." Yuto told him.
"Then what it is? Who did this to you?" Kota asked furiously. "Tell me."
"It's not important who did this to me. Ju…just help me go back to my apartment." Yuto replied back. Kota sighed and he just did what Yuto asked him to do. He helped him stand up and go back to his apartment that was just near the area. He can't walk properly because he twisted his right foot and so he need someone to help him to move. Upon reaching his apartment, Kota let him sit down on the chair. "You can go now." Yuto told him.
"Huh?"
"I'm sorry for disturbing you but I only asked you to bring me here. I can't contact anyone else and so…" Yuto continued.
"I will not go." Kota told him. "After you let me see you like that, you will asked me to go? There's no way I will do that. Let me help you tend your wounds. You are living alone right? You can't move around in your condition so it will be better if you have someone who can do things for your sake. I am free anyway so I'll stay for the mean time." he continued. "Where is your first aid kit? I'll get it."
"Kou, j…just go… please."
"What's wrong with you?" Kota asked instantly. "Are you feeling awkward that I am here all alone with you? Don't think of unnecessary thing… i… I already give up on you and also both of us have our own relationship already. I am here as a friend, a close friend."
"Don't jump into conclusions." Yuto replied. "I don't feel awkward at all… besides like I told you I don't have feelings for you anymore what I am worried about is the fact that you still care for me like you do before even there is no feeling involve anymore. I know you are a kind person Kou and the times that we are together should not be neglected but it's not right to show kindness in me in front of your own boyfriend."
"Did Daiki tell you something?" Kota asked him again. "Are they bragging you about…"
"They have their point. You should just leave me alone that time and just stayed with Kei."
"It's already over so let us not talk about this." Kota ordered him.
"How about Kei? How did he react to it?"
"He understands what I did."
"Really?" Yuto whispered. Kota finally found the first aid kit and started treating Yuto's wounds. He remained in silent while Kota was checking his wounds. He was still not talking about what happened to him and what is the purpose behind. When he was done, Yuto stand up and went to the kitchen area where he prepared something for the two of them to drink. "I'm sorry about causing you trouble. This will not be repeated again."
"If something happened to you then just call me again, I'll definitely come and rescue you."
"Don't say that like you don't have a boyfriend waiting for you."
"But if Kei said I must not go then I will not." Kota replied. "Did you get that?"
Yuto smiled "You found someone you really care now."
"Yeah. I did."
