It's October-- BOOK MEME TIME!
So SOOOOMMMEEEONNNEE told me I should do this book meme, and I decided I might as well do it throughout October...sort of as a lead-up to Nano, yanno? xD (with a buffer day, since there are 30 days in the meme and 31 days in October :I)
Without further ado:
Day 01 - A book series you wish had gone on longer OR a book series you wish would just freaking end already (or both!)
Oh, man. Umm. I have a sneaking suspicion you're gonna hear a LOT about the Amelia Peabody Mystery Series from me this month, so might as well jump right into it! *cracks knuckles* Yes, technically it isn't over, because Elizabeth Peters is supposedly going to continue filling in the "missing years", BUT chronologically, it is my understanding that the series has gone as far as it will. I'm not sure why that saddens me as much as it does, because frankly, ANY Amelia Peabody book excites me...but I suppose it's just not the same. *sigh*
