I'm not sure what happened, but I suddenly had no appitite. ok so part of me is like WHOOHOO I dont feel like eating 100% of the time, but the other is well... for me it's NORMAL to want to eat all the time. so this has actualy made my diet far easier to control in some ways. I have alittle ofthis and that in the morning, eat till I'm un interested, which is usualy half, then put the rest away for dinner when I get home. lunch is somethignsimple, a fruit or a walk about the building.
my hours at work were cut....10 hours ungh. so my day starts for work at 11:30, which I think is absurd! but it lets me wake up slowly and then work out....
been lookign on youtube for workout vids and wow.. its great that these SUPERFIT PEOPLE can do these admazing thigns.... is there any vids out tehre to say Hey.... this is how you start. my right elbow isnt ....wel it's screwed.....ok so as soon as I type that the one vid I clicked on for shits and giggles has started talkign about beginner to intermediate stuff lmao... ok posting that.
and shes rather sexy and fun to watch lol.
working out to try to get not only in better health because of all the health problems I do have... less weight, better tone means I'll be healthier and with a better self image of myself....
and I'll fit into my cosplay sLMAO
